                    Filipino, our National language must be use. This is the only language to communicate to all the filipino citizens all over the country. Wherever we go, we're always having our national language and symbolizes filipino citizen.
                            Tuwid na daan ang ating kailangan para hindi tayo maligaw sa landas na ating tatahakin. Ito ang nagsisilbing daan para tayo ay magtagumpay at umunlad sa ating buhay. Nagpapakita ng tamang gawain para sa tamang layunin. Sa pamamagitan ng ating sariling wika. Tayo ay nabibihasa sa mga kultura na ating kinalakihan. Gamit ang sariling wika natin, mas napapatibay ang ating pagkapilipino o pagkamakabayan. Mas lalo tayong magkaintindihan dahil sa ating wikang pambansa. Sa pagpapalaganap nito tumutungo tayo sa tuwid na daan.
                           Our National language must be respected and obey. You must be proud for having this wonderful language, because this will be the key to march in the right path through are progress. And this will be our spirit to make our ambition happen.

                                          As I entered my highschool life I have experienced a lot of things specially on how to manage my time wisely. I have also learned how to manipulate a computer like creating a post, blog and etc.
                               There are many problems that I have experienced like difficulties in making my projects, outputs, and other activities that are very difficult. I admit that I suffered some difficulties in my lessons specially when I took my exam.
                               Now I realize that I must strive harder this time to be able to avoid experiencing those difficult problems again and be able to get higher grade than what may teachers gave as grade for this 1st grading period.
                               Nowadays looking forward to this, we will be leaving the 4 corners of our classrooms and whole ISNHS but we will leave our beloved school to enter a new Journey of our lives. Seeking for the sake of our future and maybe 10 years from now we will be successful to our dreams.

State of the Nation Address

 

                         The President of the Republic of the Philippines delivered his 4th State of the Nation Address to the congress of the Philippines and to his countrymen.

                         Benigno Simeon "NOYNOY" C. Aquino III is the President of the republic of the Philippines. He stated the significant problems and its solutions to the country to be progressive. In his annual state of the Nation Address, is very much important because it is already stated here all the perspective plans to our country that help us in our improvement and development towards the right path.

                        Through his observation, analytics and study, Mr. President delivered his quite observation and said that he is proud filipino.

                                   Health is very important in every individual's life. As we all know that "Health is Wealth", yes it's true because how can we live a kind of strong and peaceful if we have efficient source of important needs for our body to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We must consider also the citizens that surrounds our environment. To maintain a stable healthy lifestyle not only eating nutritious food is needed but also knowing if what is missing or lack that will supply your body to become physically fit.

                                  As we observed nowadays that there are many among us are suffering from the major problems in our community, the scarce of needs especially in food supply that may lead to health problems like Malnutrition, the most common problem when we talk about health. Malnutrition was defined like this, is the condition that results from eating a diet in which certain nutrients are lacking or in the wrong proportion. Yes it's true because even we eat too much we can't say that the food we are eating is needed in our body in order to satisfy our health lifestyle. Thus in this case we must fight for the wellness of an individual, promoting proper diet or making good source of food so that we can prevent poverty as well as scarcity. There are many young people today that are suffering from hunger and malnutrition, they have the eagerness of eating but no source of food. Trying to be united as one will be a big help to those people who are craving for food. 

                                  So as early as now let's start to help to those people in order to attain their self-satisfaction that can lead them to have Healthy lifestyle especially in the food that they wanted to eat. Sooner or later there will be no problem at all regarding to this topic because we have done our part as we unite ourselves to help others to pass the unwanted lifestyle that will turn into a better one.

                   First of all, I just want to greet you and I would like to congratulate you very much.

                   Sir can I request for some improvement to our school specially in the basic education curriculum. We all know sir, that the education is very important to us specially to the youth today to have a brighter future

                   Second sir, is to develop the anti bully in our school so that many student will come with no fear of being bullied.
